Okay, the book nearest to me is my sociology book. I was in the process of "trying" to read for my sociology. The title is SOCIOLOGY - A Down To Earth Approach. It's actually pretty neat and very imformative.

"Impersonality and replaceability. It is the position that is important, not the individual who holds the position. You work for the organization, not for the replaceable person who heads some post in the organization."
