Oyster, Anyone?

"What kind of seafood do you have on your menu?" asked the customer. "Tilapia, Salmon and Oyster" replied the new waitress in a hoarse whisper. Trying to be sympathetic, the customer asked, "Do you have laryngitis?" "No...." replied the new waitress with some effort, "just...erm.... tilapia, salmon and oyster."

I thought that was kind of funny, but my husband says it was cute. I post it here because while I was doing some research today for my class, I found this site called Be Oyster Aware that gives you information about oyster. On their website you can also see some facts about consuming raw or uncooked oysters. And they have some interesting recipe's that you can use to cooked your oyster.

It also talks about how Gulf oysters have started making technologies to make sure that it is safe to eat raw oyster. There are a lot of people that consumed raw oyster so guys check the site out. It has plenty of information.
