For the past month now, we have been having problems with our online store and it is so difficult to get a customer support for it. Once you get a hold of somebody, they can't fix the problem. Maybe the reason is because we just renew our account for 6 months and not the usual year. The reason for it is because we are looking into checking out another
ecommerce software. My provider right now has a new flat form that they are using but I'm not sure I have time to do the design again since I'm always busy with school and other stuff.
Shopping cart software is the one that we need in order to easily sell our products online. I mean right now, you can browse around the store but when you check out a particular category, there are some error messages.
I might have to move our online store temporarily and try to incorporate the
shopping cart from Ashop Commerce which is a leading provider of hosted shopping cart software. I've heard that it offers a complete solution for merchants to sell online. Now, I have to try it in order to find out.
