You probably can tell now that I love to party... not that I love to go out on bars or party all night. Not that kind of party. I am talking about Halloween Blog Party. There's only 5 days to go and it's Halloween, that means it's time for trick or treat.
Let me start with our trick out Halloween design. I saw one blog who did a Pumpkin Party and I love how she made the face of Minnie out of Pumpkin, so we went out to get some pumpkin and me and my daughter start painting it (well more of me painting it anyway). And here's the finish product. We didn't have a black and white acrylic paint so I used the paint that was left from my previous painting project. I still have to do a little bit of touch up to it because it is showing the pen I've used to draw the face but for now this is our "Trick Out Halloween Design... Minnie!!"
Do you think she likes it?So how can you join the party?
Simple...
Just grab your camera and follow the rules below:
- Start taking pictures of a "Trick Out Halloween Design." It can be something that you've created, something your child made, your Halloween display at home, the costume of your child or something that you find "trick out".
- Anything about Halloween, as long as it was made or designed by you or your child.. if none of these work, take a picture of your neighbor's Halloween display, if they have one. Don't forget to ask.
- Post your photo in your blog within the week of October 27 - October 31, 2008.
- Leave your link on Mr. Linky by typing the "title of your post" under name and the exact link under URL. I will start so everybody knows what to do.
- At the end of the party, I will pick one "Trick Out Photo" and whoever owns the photo will received $10.00 sent through Paypal.
Enjoy the Halloween and remember, it doesn't have to do about your kids, as long as the theme of the photo is about Halloween, you're in.
