And since I got pregnant I have to eat more than the normal since I am feeding not just myself but my daughter inside me. Although I was trying to watch what I eat, still my body got used to eating more than I should be eating. And now that I am not pregnant anymore it's harder to control myself not to eat too much due to the fact that my body got used to it already. It will take some time for my brain to actually get used to the idea.
It's probably the reason why a lot of women is having a hard time losing the weight and if they lose the weight it's harder to maintain it. But, I maybe wrong. I am just basing this on my experience. Although i know a few people that has this issue.
Also, there's a lot of people now that are turning to nutritional health supplements to help them get the most for their body. Don't get me wrong I am not against it, specially if it's really helping you. I am just the type of person that wants to do it the natural way. It's just so difficult that there are times, giving up is easier.
