However, for those who need to lose weight faster, diet pillis still the one thing that you can turn to. But since you wanted a faster effect, 90 percent of the time after you loose the weight, you are going to go back to your old weight. The reason is your body system did not really go through the training and process of eating in small portions. But if you have a great support system and you think you have the will to do it, then diet pills will be your best bet to lose unwanted fats. While you are losing those unwanted fat, don't forget to do your exercise and eating the healthy type of food.

I came over from MBC under 100 club.
I used to do diet pills but now I'm on the Body for Life Challenge and I find that better than any diet pill. You never know what could be in those things to help with your weightloss. And you are right with lifestyle changes the weight stays off a lot longer!
