A lot of women who are dieting and trying to lose weight but is having a tough time will probably agree with me right now. Is there such a thing as the best diet supplements? If you ask me I'd probably say, "..it all boils down to discipline, support and the motivation to lose it." Right now I don't have any of those.
Last week I was blogging about my weight pushing 110... for some they will probably say... what in the world.. your only 110! Yeah! if your 5'4 and above... that's an ideal weight. But for somebody who is under 5' it feels like I am about to explode. Kidding aside, I don't feel healthy anymore. I am so used to being skinny and having weight around 90-95 lbs that losing a few pounds is getting into my nerve.
I been wanting to lose the extra weight to feel healthy again. Plus of course I am not getting younger anymore and if I keep gaining weight then I might end up looking like a ball when I reach 40.
I actually want to start doing some light exercise just to prep myself and in couple of weeks school is about to start I might not be able to have time anymore to do any... but I have no idea where to start.
