Instead I went to the our closet and check my weight... Well, maybe our scale is broken... I definitely did not like the numbers I saw on the scale.
But I don't think it's the sleeping late that is causing my weight gain. It is more of the lack of exercise. I used to be very active but lately I haven't been doing any exercise. Blame it to the school work that I have to do, the cold weather and just me being lazy most of the time.
I really need to kick my butt and get on with some exercise. I'm not into the diet pills really because I hate taking any pills. I am too chicken for that. Although I checked out some top weight loss pills website just to see some information plus I came across some name of these pills on my Pharmacology class and it really interesting to find out about the drugs. Fascinating to find out what these drugs can do and how it can alter appearances and the effects in our body.
