Make resolutions you'll be able to keep

It's that time of the year again. A lot of people are probably anxious about their new years resolution. For me however, I want to think of something that I can be able to keep. Something easy but beneficial.

I do have something that I really want to do at the beginning of the year. What I want is to be able to clean every inch of my house so it will be spotless. I know it sounds crazy. The only issue that I have is that I have allergy and and every time I clean, the sneezing will hit me. Usually, I do one space at a time. I like moving things around as well to create a different look. It gets a little boring sometimes so moving things around create a different appeal.

I was hoping though that with all of these work that I want to do, it will be a good exercise and maybe I'll be like a shrink tube and just lose some weight. But I think I'll be able to do it, hopefully before school start again.

Also, I want a add a little bit of character to our house. I also found this nice design for a bare wall that we have at home. It will definitely add a character to the bare wall.

I particularly love the shade of blue on this one as well as the tan combination.

Becoming a trend

Promotional items are really getting popular nowadays. Big or small business use it to promote and advertise their business at the same time use it as a giveaway. Some of the items I've seen are promotional umbrellas, tote, bags, mug, backpack, computer bags, etc. Name it and you will find it.

I found some stuff that I really like and I might even use it for our organization. Although not right now as I am on a budget but definitely later when I can afford. But like the duffel bag I found online, I saw one that starts from $7.15 with a minimum order of 50 pieces, which is not bad at all. The bag features a front slip pocket, zippered closure on main compartment, carrying handles with sewn grip, shoulder strap, front water bottle pocket, metal d-ring, and contrasting stitch detail and its made of 600 Denier polyester canvas.

Gift Ideas?

Have you finished your Christmas shopping? If you asked me, my answer to that will be "...ahhhhhh..I think so!". The reason is that I still don't know what to get my husband for Christmas. It's only a week away and I still can't make up my mind. He gave me some ideas on what he want and my daughter has set her mind that she will get tools for her dad.

Last night I asked my daughter how she is going to get her dad the tools and she said "you have to get it with me..." For a 3 years old to answer like that, I guess that means something. So, the tools is out... because that will be her gift. So I have to get him something else.

So I am still doing some browsing around trying to make up my mind. Hopefully, by the time I figure out what to get there's still stuff to buy. It sure would be nice to just get him some Kipling luggage. But the thing about it is we rarely go somewhere to even need a luggage.

Although, I told him that I really want to go somewhere next year for summer. Just to change the atmosphere and scenery. So the luggage will be useful, but I want to get him something that he can use and really need. Well, what do you know... I think the a vacation package will be nice.

Feeling a little overwhelmed

So I am feeling a little overwhelmed. I am getting to the point of burning out...sort of. Well, I have been blogging for a while now and really there will come a time when there's just not much that I want to write. There are those days that I have a lot of things to write but just can't find the time and the inspiration to do it.

I feel like I have been on a long vacation that I am just ready to do something. Start a career or find an employment and earn something. Be able to travel whenever I want to. But then again, if I am working for somebody traveling might not even be one of the things I can do. Maybe once or twice a year. Maybe~!

I'm thinking maybe its just the holiday stress that's getting into me. You know its really stressful when you are trying to get your family something for Christmas, yet you don't really know where to get the budget to get it. So why even bother right? I have to bother... I am a mom.

Little Kids Got Elfed!

My daughter got a huge giggle over this elf dance. I put the pictures of her cousins and her and she had a kick out of it.

Check it out below.

What to get for Christmas?

Me and my husband has this thing where we ask each other to list 5 things that we want to Christmas so we have an idea of what we will get as a gift. We actually don't give each other 5 gifts but I think there was a few occasions (when we can still afford it) that we got each other all the 5 gifts for each other. But when you are on a budget, one gift is really enough. It's not like we give each other presents everyday anyway. Although with me I always end up buying him something that is not on his list. I know, why ask right? But I still get him one from his list. Sometimes the things that he want are out of my budget so I get him something that he needs. He can't complain really.

But with my case he usually uses the list that I have given him. Like this year I found this scent of body spray from O magazine that I absolutely love and he said the likes the scent to. See, my problem is I have a very sensitive nose and I can't just use any perfume or body spray. The scent has to be something that my sensitive nose will like. It's totally hideous! Usually I get a really bad headache if I smell something that I don't like. So when it comes to perfume I have to make sure that it's not too strong. So that's one in my list.

Another thing that I have been dying to get fat burners machine to get me motivated to do some exercise. I still have the poochy belly... the remain of me being pregnant that I can't get off.

I've lost most of the weights I've gained when I was pregnant but I still have the belly. But I don't have my hopes on that. I told my husband that a family gift might be even better. You know like another television for our living room. The whole family can enjoy it. But the fat burner machine is definitely something that we can also use.

Directory Submission

One of the many things that a website owner has to do is to make sure that search engine recognizes and can find their website in order to get traffic.

There are a lot of those places that promises you a quick 24 hours telling you that your website will be in hundred of directories...blah blah blah. And it tends to get a little overwhelming specially if you are new to this kind of stuff. Believe me I had a headache when I first started building our website.

One of the proven and an old school way is still building good links with websites that has good reputation. Listing them to web directories and exchanging links with websites that somewhat similar to your niche. It will take a while but in the long run but your website will get more benefits in the long run.

ERROR MESSAGE: "imaghacks.info....sys_cpanel/images/bottombody.jpg"

I will get to the point of my post. Yesterday I was trying to access my blogs and I am getting a white screen with this message on the bottom left corner of your browser "http://img201.imagehacks.info/img201/8065/sys_cpanel/images/bottombody.jpg". Not only that you get this white screen I cannot access my LAYOUT area as well. So I check my other blog and another domain of mine is experiencing the same thing. I checked my business site and it was fine.

I search for some information online if blogger/blogspot is experiencing anything about it and did not find any. Today I found a bunch of blogger encountering the same issue.

I found this threadfrom google support online with the same issue I had.

One post said:

For those who haven't yet removed the PayingPost code or don't have that widget at all, this problem should correct itself on its own very shortly. Both Firefox and Chrome are displaying the warning message as 'ImageHack' has been found to link to malware. ImageHack has submitted an appeal and cleaned up the code, so once they are verified as 'clean' then everything will be restored.

And so I was trying to think if I have this code on my blog. Although I haven't been doing any blogging for this like in ages... Well when I checked my codes, there it is, the culprit.

I just deleted the script from my blog since I am not doing anymore reviews for them, refresh my browser and there it is. It's all fix.

Yey!!!

Time for more heated blanket

This weather is starting to grow on me. You know what I mean... the cold weather. The other day we had our first snow, not freezing snow. Thank goodness. My daughter was really loving watching the snow. I was hoping there's more of the snow but around 11 a.m. it was all gone.

These days its a common sight to see blankets everywhere my house. I just can't stay in one place and not have any blankets on me. Although I am the only one using them most of the time, its still good to have it within reach when I need it.

My husband and daughter doesn't get that cold easily. As a matter of fact, i'll be all bundled up my daughter on the other hand is all sweaty. I guess I am just so used to the warm weather that my body gets too cold easily.

It's really time to get one of those heated blanket. It will come in handy as well when I am using my truck. The thermostat on my suv broke so I can't control the heat. Well, its not really blowing any heat on the passenger area instead it is blowing cold air. The driver side on the other hand its blowing a little heat but not enough to make the suv warm and comfy. That heated blanket is something really useful whenever I drive.
