Personal Benefits

I've noticed lately that women tend to gain weight after they get married and specially after giving birth. Personally, I've gained a few pounds after I got married. And of course during pregnancy eating habit change and after giving birth its a bit harder to go back to your previous diet. And loosing the extra pounds take some time and there are some that just have a hard time shedding those extra pounds.

Maybe due to lack of motivation and support. It could also be that they don't have time to do some exercise. But come to think of it, raising a child and if you are a stay at home mom, which means doing laundry and cleaning... it's a 24 hours job and a form of exercise. However, its still not as fast as using diet pills. Which by the way is still personal preference.

Personally, I still prefer regular exercise for the benefits I can get from it. Some of which is healthy skin. Regular exercise can promote circulation. People who do regular exercise has less stress. Which reminds me, I am having too much of it lately. Our body produce certain hormones that makes us feel relax and happy during regular exercise, better body and immune system. And most of all self confidence. You will look and feel more healthy and fit, you will become more confident.
