Yesterday the weather was just right, not cold and not warm either. I think it was in the 70's yesterday. Today, its freezing outside, specially this morning and I bet here in a little bit the temperature will go down some more.
With the temperature getting colder and colder as we get closer to the first day of winter, which by the way is next week... and Christmas too, before you know it 2010 is done 2011 is here. Which means that I only have 1 week and its back to school again. Man, I really miss having lots of vacation, but I have to do it...go back to school. It will be the second semester. Three weeks is fast. I was hoping that I can at least go back to the walking routine before school started so I can be a little fit since we are going to be starting clinical 2 weeks after school start.
I may have to resort with a Lipofuze to get rid of some extra weight. I still have one week though, if I can just start walking again and getting some needed exercise I'm sure I'll be alright.

Picture Can Be Deceiving
You know how sometimes you look at yourself in a picture and it looks funny or just not right? Well, I took a picture of my husband and daughter and on the photo, my husband looks like he's huge. I should him the picture and he said it's because he was sloughing. I think maybe it's the angle, because I keep looking at the picture and my husband and it doesn't look right.
Now every time I see the picture I keep reminding him to get one of those pull up bar to do more exercise and to get back to walking. Although I am not sure about the walking part since it's a bit chilly outside. Although, come to think of it, he is the type of person who doesn't get cold easily. He grew up in Kentucky and used to the cold weather. But I think the biggest issue right now is "PROCRASTINATION". Yup! That's it. He keeps telling me that he doesn't have time since I go to school full time (Mon-Fri - all day) and he is the main caregiver to our daughter during those times she is at home and not in school. But he has some spare time during Monday and Wednesday morning. He usually ends up watching TV. But then again, why am I complaining? I don't do any walking myself. The only time I do some walking is when we go to the mall or walk from the parking lot to the office, plus its too cold for me to do any walking right now.
How I wish I can be more active to lose some belly fat.

This week or whatever is left of the week is final week in the school where I work and used to go. And it has been a crucial time for every student to be able to take their finals on time. However, we had some major, major problem with the company that is hosting the courses online and pretty much all the things that the school/student used for classes. This happens not just in the school where I work but I've heard that other schools are having issues too since they are using the same provider. You would think that since most of the schools in Texas uses the same flat form this company will have their own
dedicated hosting in order to avoid problems during peak season ( finals and registration). We had the same issue during fall registration and then again the week of finals.
The school said it has taken actions already and so far it seems like it has been fixed. What this company need is to upgrade their server so it can hold the growing population. If not, they might end up losing their client.

Where are all the sales?


Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale is done, but that doesn't mean you're not going to find any more sale. If you just take some time and look closely, you'll find there are still a lot of great deals and sales you can get for the holiday.
Although for those who don't have a lot of time to spare, the looking and going to different stores seems a lot of work and definitely will take a lot of time. But you can look at at this way. If you are going to the mall or stores, you are getting a lot of walking, which means you are getting some great exercise. Then, you are doing what you love to do- SHOP! And the great feeling comes when you find that one awesome deal and makes shopping more fun.

They also use it during the night. However, the disadvantage of that during the night is it tends to get to humid inside the room that it feels like your getting suffocated. Eye Cream: I Think I Need One

Finding an eye cream that works for you is a bit difficult. And if you are looking for the best one, you are in for a big headache.
I usually don't use eye cream. Now that I am getting older, I am seeing more and more stuff around my eyes that I want to hide. And an eye wrinkle cream is definitely what I need.
As you age, the elasticity of your skin decreases. It's part of the aging process. However, there are ways that you can prevent it and prolong the healthy appearance and elasticity of your skin.
Some of those are as follows:
Avoid sun exposure, exercise regularly, eat a well balance diet and drink plenty of fluid. If you are a smoker, it's time to quit. Some of the foods that you can add to your diet are:

Need More Sleep
Having a hard time sleeping? Not me, right now I can barely open my eyes in order to finish my blog post. I have really tired lately due to a lot of studying for finals and tomorrow is the last day. It's the verdict day tomorrow. We get to find out if we pass the finals or fail and see our final grade. Oh my!
I do know some other people who needs sleep aid because they are having a hard time sleeping. I was like that during summer, but when school started and I have to get up really early, my body was able to adjust. So now, most of the time I my eyes start to feel droopy around 9PM. Sometimes I get sleepy as early as 8PM. Although, I'd probably sleep that early here in the next few days so I can recuperate from the the lost sleep. Plus of course my body needs a break so when school start again the last week of December I am ready.
